Terms & Conditions
The main terms for using WP Job Portal, purchasing licenses, accessing downloads, managing subscriptions, and receiving support.
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the rules for using the WP Job Portal website, buying products, managing licenses, subscriptions, support, and account access.
Last updated: June 9, 2026. These terms are written for WP Job Portal’s WordPress plugin, add-on, AI add-on, subscription, license, checkout, and support model. Review company details and local legal requirements before publishing.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing wpjobportal.com, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading software, activating a license, renewing a subscription, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any linked policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, License Policy, Support Policy, and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website, create an account, purchase products, download software, or activate licenses.
Accounts
Customers may need an account to access downloads, license keys, invoices, renewals, support, and order history. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account and checkout information. We may suspend or restrict accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, inaccurate, used for license sharing, or used in violation of these terms.
Products and licenses
WP Job Portal sells digital WordPress products, including the core plugin, premium add-ons, AI-related add-ons, bundles, themes, and related license subscriptions. Products are licensed, not sold outright.
Your license gives you the right to install and use the purchased product according to the license type and site count shown at checkout. New public licenses may include Single Site, 5 Sites, or 25 Sites options. Legacy licenses are handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, rent, lease, publish, or make WP Job Portal products available as a standalone product, download, marketplace item, or competing service unless you have written permission from us.
Subscriptions and renewals
WP Job Portal licenses may be sold as annual subscriptions. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method available through the payment provider.
An active subscription may be required for product updates, downloads, license activations, renewal discounts, and support eligibility. If a subscription is cancelled, expired, refunded, disputed, or payment fails, access to updates, downloads, support, and license activations may be limited or removed.
You may cancel a subscription from your account area when cancellation tools are available or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless the Refund Policy applies.
Payments, taxes, and checkout providers
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, payment method fees, and local charges may be added or handled by the payment provider, merchant of record, or checkout system.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, FastSpring, WooCommerce, or another provider shown at checkout. If FastSpring acts as merchant of record, FastSpring may handle payment collection, taxes, invoices, refunds, fraud checks, chargebacks, and local payment methods for that transaction.
We may change prices, license options, bundles, add-ons, promotions, or product availability at any time. Changes do not automatically apply retroactively unless required by law or clearly stated by us.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally through account downloads, license pages, order emails, or other delivery methods shown after checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
You are responsible for using the correct email address during checkout. Download access, license keys, invoices, renewal reminders, and support history may be connected to that email.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. We currently offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable period and may require order details, the purchase email, and a short reason for the request.
After a refund, the related license may be deactivated, subscription access may be cancelled, and downloads, support, updates, and account access for the refunded product may be removed.
Support
Support is provided under the Support Policy and may depend on product eligibility, license status, subscription status, and the nature of the request. Support may include guidance, troubleshooting, documentation links, bug investigation, compatibility direction, and product-specific help.
Support does not automatically include custom development, third-party customization, unrelated WordPress work, data migration, server administration, malware cleanup, theme redesign, or guaranteed compatibility with every plugin, theme, host, or custom code setup.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website, products, licenses, support system, or checkout flow for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity. You must not attempt to bypass license controls, reverse engineer protected systems, access accounts without permission, attack the website, scrape private information, or submit malicious code.
We may refuse service, suspend access, revoke licenses, or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, chargeback abuse, license sharing, redistribution, or violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
WP Job Portal products, branding, website content, documentation, designs, code, product names, text, graphics, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use our protected materials except as allowed by your license or applicable open-source license terms included with the software.

Third-party services
The website and products may work with third-party services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, payment gateways, email delivery tools, AI providers, analytics tools, security tools, hosting providers, or APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, limitations, availability, and pricing.
We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, payment declines, data handling, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Compatibility, updates, and product changes
WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, PHP versions, database versions, browsers, hosting environments, and third-party APIs change over time. We aim to maintain product quality and compatibility, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every environment, customization, theme, plugin, or host.
We may update, modify, improve, remove, rename, merge, or replace features, add-ons, license options, product pages, and documentation as needed. Feature availability may depend on license type, product version, server environment, configuration, or third-party provider availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate account access, licenses, support, downloads, or subscriptions if you violate these terms, misuse products, abuse support, share licenses improperly, initiate fraudulent transactions, violate intellectual property rights, or create security risks.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website, checkout, products, updates, support, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific business need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Job Portal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, downtime, security incidents, lost opportunities, or costs of replacement services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website, products, accounts, downloads, licenses, or support after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
