We want customers to choose WP Job Portal with confidence. Eligible purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product does not fit your needs, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or eligible renewal date.
Because WP Job Portal products are digital downloads and license-based software, refunds are reviewed against the conditions below.
Eligible refunds
A refund may be approved when:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- The request includes the order number, purchase email, and product name.
- The purchased product was not suitable for your site after reasonable review.
- A technical issue prevents normal use and support is unable to provide a reasonable solution within the refund window.
- A duplicate order or accidental duplicate purchase was made.
- A renewal refund is requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
Refunds that may not be eligible
A refund may be declined when:
- The request is made after the 14-day refund period.
- The product has been used for a completed project and the request is unrelated to product defects or compatibility.
- The customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting information needed to verify the issue.
- The issue is caused by custom code, server restrictions, unrelated third-party plugins, themes, hosting configuration, malware, or unsupported modifications.
- The purchase was for custom development, installation service, migration work, special configuration, private consulting, or non-standard work unless separately agreed in writing.
- The license or product has been redistributed, shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of the Terms & Conditions or License Policy.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened without first contacting support, unless required by law.
Subscription renewals
Annual subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal refunds may be considered when requested within 3 days of the renewal charge.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a previous payment unless the refund request is eligible under this policy.
How to request a refund

- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The product or bundle name.
- A short reason for the refund request.
- Any useful screenshot or error message if the request is technical.
If you are unsure about site count, compatibility, or which add-on to buy, contact support before purchase. This helps avoid the wrong license or bundle selection.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is approved, we may deactivate the related license key, cancel the subscription, remove download access, close support eligibility for the refunded product, and revoke updates connected to that purchase.
If the refunded product is still installed on your website, you are responsible for removing it or replacing it with another valid product/license. Continued use of a refunded product may violate the License Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Actual timing depends on the payment processor, bank, card network, PayPal, FastSpring, Stripe, or other payment provider involved in the transaction.
Some payment methods, currencies, tax rules, or provider limits may affect timing or availability of refunds. If a payment provider cannot process the refund automatically, we may ask for additional information to resolve the request.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. We are happy to review eligible refund requests within the 14-day period. If a chargeback or dispute is opened, account access, license access, downloads, and support may be paused while the payment provider reviews the case.
